Parks in Chennai

     Sivan park is located on P.T.Rajan Salai of K.K.Nagar. There is a 15 feet high Statue of Lord Siva, depicted in a posture of meditation. A water fall flows down from the head of the statue. Further replicas of various monuments were also there. The park has a play area for children, well maintained lawns, pathways and various plants and shrubs. The park was originally developed by the Tamil Nadu Housing Board and later handed over to Municipal Corporation.
