This CD presents the story of Chhatrapathy Shivaji, the great Maratha warrior. Through this series of 10 stories, we are able to know about the birth of shivaji, his growth, his bravery, his desire, to establish the Hindu Empire, the Swarajya, and his successes through his valour and about how he overcomes all hurdles to realize his life’s ambition and Swarajya. Chhatrapati Shivaji (February 19, 1630 - April 3, 1680) was the founder of the Maratha empire, in western India in 1674. He is still considered an icon in the present-day state of Maharashtra. Shivaji had a major share in ensuring that India retained her primarily Hindu character. His thoughts and deeds still continue to inspire the younger generation.
